점박이꽃무지의 발생 및 생육특성에 관한 연구
초록
약용으로 사육이 되고 있는 꽃무지류의 일종인 점박이꽃무지를 대상으로 발생 및 생육적 특성을 조사하였다. 성충은 야외에서 4월부터 10월가지 발생하였고 7, 8월에 가장 많이 출현하였으며(연1회), 전국적으로 고루 분포하였다. 유충은 퇴비더미, 유기질로 피복된 토양내에 주로 서식하였으며, 월동처의 깊이는 평균 17.6cm였다. 주로 유충태로 월동하였으나 성충태도 발견되었다. 항온사육조건하에서(28, 70%R.H.,16L : 8D) 암컷성충 한 마리당 산란수는 평균 82.8, 난기간은 8.4, 1령기는 10.6, 2령기는 18.7, 3령기는 38.1, 번데기는 35.5,성충의 수명은 암컷의 경우 135.2, 수컷의 경우 121,7일이 소요되었다.
Ecological Characteristics of Protaetia orientalis submarmorea (Burmeister) (Coleoptera: Cetoniidae)
Abstract
This study was carried out to investigate the ecological characteristics of Protaetia orientalis submarmorea (Burmeister). The emergence period of adults is appeared from April to October, and most abundant in July∼August, once a year in the field. Hibernation took place mostly in larval stage, but some in adult stage, and were generally found in the decayed rice straws and in the soil covered with compost or similar materials with average depth of 17.6 cm The developmental characteristics in the insectary (28, 70% RH, 16L: 8D) was investigated: the average number of eggs laid per female is 82.8, egg period 8.4 days, 1st instars of larva 10.6, 2nd 18.7, 3rd 38.1, and pupal period 35.5 days. Longevity of the adult was 135.2 days In the female and 121. 7days in the male.
