바퀴에 대한 Coriander Oil (Coriandum sativum) 성분의 훈증효과

초록

바퀴벌레(Blattella germanica)에 대한 coriander oil (Coriandum sativum) 등 5종의 식물정유의 훈증독성을 조사하였다. 그들 중 spearmint oil이 20과 (air)의 약량처리에서 모두 의 높은 살충활성을 나타내었다. Coriander를 GC와 GC/MS로 분석한 결과, -pinene (), camphene (), -pinene (), -myrcene (), limonene (), -terpinene (), -cymene (), -terpinolene (), camphor (), linalool (), -tepineol (), geranyl acetate (), geraniol ()이 주요 구성성분으로 나타났으며, 그 중 -terpinene과 geranyl acetate가 (air) 약량에서 의 높은 훈증독성을 나타내었다.

Fumigant Toxicity of the Constituents of Coriander Oil, Coriandum sativum against Blattella germanica

Abstract

Essential oil of five plants were screened for fumigation toxicity against Blattella germanica male adults. Among them, coriander oil showed fumigation toxicity against B. germanica male adults at 20 and (air) dose, respectively. Through the constituent analysis using GC and GC/MS, we confirmed that main constituents of coriander oil were -pinene (), camphene (), -pinene (), -myrcene (), limonene (), -terpinene (), -cymene (), -terpinolene (), camphor (), linalool (), -tepineol (), geranyl acetate () and geraniol (). Among them, -terpinene and geranyl acetate showed fumigation toxicity at (air) dose, respectively. It can be concluded that coriander oil is potential control agents against B. germanica.
